Anna Liza M. Gaspar, CPA earned her Business Administration and Accountancy degree from the University of the Philippines, Diliman in 2002 and passed the board the same year. In addition to number-crunching, she’s also the author of the bilingual (Ilokano-English) children’s illustrated book, Anna in the Town of Partas Gasto (Vibal Publishing, 2015). She is a board member of GUMIL (group of Ilokano writers) and treasurer of Linangan ng Imahen, Retorika, at Anyo (LIRA).
